Bits O' Bacon Bread

• 23 cup water
• 123 cups bread flour
• 13 cup whole wheat flour
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons applesauce
• 1/2 teaspoon green peppercorns crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon basil sweet
• 1 pinch garlic powder
• 1/4 cup bacon with fat
• 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
