Bread Sage Stuffing

  1. in large bowl stir together all ingredients.
  2. use to stuff 12-14 lb turkey.
  3. Variations:.
  4. Oyster Stuffing-add 2 cups oyster, drained and rinsed.
  5. reduce salt to 1/2 teaspoon.
  6. Raisin Nut Stuffing-add 1 cup whole pecans or walnuts and 1 cup raisins.
  7. Tip: prepare half of the recipe to stuff a 4-5 lb roasting chicken, duck or goose.
