Cherry Cran Salad Recipe

  1. Drain cherries; reserve syrup.
  2. If needed, add in water to syrup to make 1 c. liquid, bring liquid to boiling.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add in cherry gelatin; dissolve.
  5. With fork, break up cranberry sauce and stir into cherry gelatin till smooth.
  6. Stir in liquid removed cherries.
  7. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2 inch dish and refrigeratetill almost hard.
  8. Dissolve lemon gelatin in the boiling water.
  9. Beat cream cheese with mayonnaise; gradually add in lemon gelatin.
  10. Stir in undrained pineapple - refrigeratetill partially set.
  11. Whip cream; fold into lemon mix with marshmallows.
  12. Spread on top of almost set cherry gelatin, sprinkle with nuts.
  13. Cover; refrigeratetill hard.
  14. Serves 12.
