Bacon 'n Eggs Pizza
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 thin Italian pizza crust (11 inch)
- 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 large tomato, cut into 6 thin slices
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cover microwaveable plate with microwaveable paper towel.
- Place 6 of the bacon slices in single layer on prepared plate; cover with additional paper towel.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 min.
- Transfer to clean paper towels; drain.
- Repeat with clean paper towels and remaining 6 bacon slices.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add eggs; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until eggs are set but still moist, stirring occasionally.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese spread.
- Top with egg mixture, tomatoes and bacon.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 12 min.
- or until cheese begins to melt and crust is heated through.
