Crispy Chicken & Parmesan Vegetables

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Microwave potatoes in large covered microwaveable casserole dish on HIGH 7 min.
  3. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
  4. Place chicken in greased foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Toss potatoes with peppers, dressing and cheese; add to pan with chicken.
  6. Bake 40 min.
  7. or until chicken is cooked through (165F) and potatoes are tender.
