My Best Pecan Pie
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cup pecans
- Mix sugar, syrup and butter.
- Whisk in eggs.
- Add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
- Stir in pecans and stir to thoroughly coat them.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes.
