Crockpot Shrimp and Grits

  1. Combine chicken broth, salt and grits in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. 2 hours before serving saute peppers, onions, garlic and shrimp in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
  3. Add this mixture to the crockpot along with the cheeses, tomatoes and chilis and cayene.
  4. Continue to cook on high for additional 2 hours.
