Baked Beer Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 400'F.
  2. Combine meat, pepper, Tabasco sauce, garlic, chili sauce, dry onion soup mix, and 1/4 cup beer.
  3. Shape into 6 patties.
  4. Bake at 400'F.
  5. until brown, about 10 minutes.
  6. Baste with remaining 1/4 cup of the beer.
  7. Continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until well done.
