Onion egg omelet (improved juicy version)
- 1 big purple onion, chop into small bit
- 3 egg
- 1 white pepper powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- Crack egg into bowl.
- Add light soya sauce.
- Beat the mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
- Stir fry onion till cooked but not browned so to retain its moisture.
- Pour egg mixture over onion forming a round pizza shape.
- Flip the edge on 4 sides to form a square shape so as to cover the uncooked egg in the center.
- Flip the omelet over when underside is slightly browned.
- Cut into bite size with spatula.
- Place the onion omelet onto plate.
- Sprinkle some white pepper powder over it.
- Ready to serve with porridge.
