Ben And Jerry's Ny Super Fudge Chunk Recipe
- 1 c. Uncooked rice
- 5 tsp Butter
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 1 c. Minced carrots
- 2/3 c. Minced scallions
- 3 tsp Sesame seeds
- 5 x Large eggs
- 5 tsp Soy sauce Salt Pepper
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a large skillet heat butter.
- Add in onions, carrots and scallions.
- Saute/fry till carrots are translucent/soft.
- Set aside.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place sesame seeds in a shallow pan.
- Bake till golden (10 to 15 min), shaking pan occasionally for even color.
- Lightly grease another skillet.
- Beat Large eggs.
- Pour into warm skillet.
- Cook as you would scrambled Large eggs.
- Combine rice, vegetables, sesame seeds and Large eggs.
- Add in soy sauce.
- Stir.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
