Crockpot Irish Tribute
- 1 head Cabbage, Washed And Cored
- 2- 1/2 pounds Small Potatoes
- 4 whole Medium Onions
- 12 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 13 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined And Tails Removed
- Cooking Oil Spray
- Chop cabbage into small wedges.
- Wash, but dont peel potatoes, and cut them into quarters.
- Peel onions and cut them into 8ths.
- Toss all ingredients except shrimp into a large bowl and toss until everything is coated with oil.
- Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put mixture into the crockpot and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until the potatoes are almost done.
- Add shrimp, stir and cook for 20 more minutes.
