Sausage Peach Pancake Bake & Syrup Recipe

  1. Preheat pancake mix according to directions except use 1 1/2 c. liquid in place of amount called for.
  2. Turn into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Halve sausage links crosswise.
  4. Arrange links and peaches alternately on top of pancake mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  6. Syrup: Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan.
  7. Add in peach juice.
  8. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
  9. Stir in syrup and butter.
  10. Serve with slices of pancake.
  11. Serves 10-12.
