Sausage Peach Pancake Bake & Syrup Recipe
- 3 c. pancake mix
- 1 (16 ounce.) can peach slices
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. brown & serve sausage links
- Preheat pancake mix according to directions except use 1 1/2 c. liquid in place of amount called for.
- Turn into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Halve sausage links crosswise.
- Arrange links and peaches alternately on top of pancake mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Syrup: Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan.
- Add in peach juice.
- Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
- Stir in syrup and butter.
- Serve with slices of pancake.
- Serves 10-12.
