Cheesecake

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press on bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9" spring form pan.
  2. Mix cheese cake and pour into crust.
  3. Bake@ 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
  4. While cheese cake is baking; beat until smooth topping ingredients.
  5. Take cheese cake from oven and spread topping on top, return to oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Set on counter until completely cool.
  7. Refrigerate at least overnight.
