Microwave Barbecue Meatloaf

  1. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  2. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
  3. Shape into loaf in 9-inch square microwaveable dish; top with reserved barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover loosely with parchment.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 min.
  6. or until done (165F), turning dish after 7 min.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. before slicing to serve.
