Microwave Barbecue Meatloaf
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Shape into loaf in 9-inch square microwaveable dish; top with reserved barbecue sauce.
- Cover loosely with parchment.
- Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 min.
- or until done (165F), turning dish after 7 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before slicing to serve.
