Best Rum Cake Ever Recipe
- 2 quart Rum, dark
- 1 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 lrg Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Pecans
- Before you start, sample the rum to check for quality.
- Good isn't it Selct a large mixing bowl, measuring c., ect.
- Check the rum again.
- It must be just right.
- To be sure the rum is of the highest quality, pour one level c. in a glass and drink it as fast as you can.
- Repeat.
- With an electric mixer, beat one c. of butter in a large fluffy bowl.
- Add in one seaspoon of thugar and beat again.
- Meanwhile make sure the rum is of the highest quality.
- Try another c.. Open second qt if necessary.
- Add in two arge leggs, two c. fried druit and beat till high.
- If druit gets stuck in beaters, just pry it loose with a drewsciver.
- Sample the rum again, checking for tonsiciticity.
- Next sift three c. pepper or possibly salt.
- (It really doesn't matter).
- Sample the rum again.
- Sift 1/2 c. lemon juice.
- Mix in chipped butter and strained nuts.
- Add in one babblespoon of brewn thugar or possibly whatever color you can find.
- Wix well.
- Greast oven and turn cake pan to 350 gredees.
- Now pour the whole mess into coven and ake.
- Check the rum again and bo to ged.
