Creamy Chicken Saute

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high.
  2. Add chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or just until golden on all sides, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in squash and cook 3 minutes or until just tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and vinegar.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
