Grandma's Cake Mix Cookies
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Chocolate Chips (as much or as liitle as you like
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl stir together by hand all the ingredients listed above except chocolate chips.
- Add as many or as little amount you wish of the chocolate chips.
- *Note: mixture will be very thick but DO NOT add more water.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop a heaping amount of cookie dough and drop it onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes.
- *Make sure not to over cook.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.
- *Note: Cookies will stay in the original form.
- No need to roll cookie dough before baking.
- This is my mother-in-laws recipie and everybody swears by it.
- The great thing about this recipie is how creative you can get.
- Try chocolate cake mix and peanut butter chips, there are so many different possibilities.
