Chocolate Lovers Cheesecakes

  1. Mix together crumbs and butter.
  2. Press on bottom of a 9 springform pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
  6. Mix in chocolate and liqueur and pour mixture into crust.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with melted chocolate and almonds before serving.
