Green Monster Cupcakes

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
• 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 8 drops green food colouring
• 3 pieces black string licorice (8 inch)
• 3/4 cup jelly beans

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
3. Cool completely.
4. Mix Cool Whip and food colouring; spoon into resealable plastic food storage bag.
5. Cut small zigzag hole in one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe Cool Whip mixture onto tops of cupcakes to resemble photo.
6. Cut licorice into 1-inch pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
7. Decorate cupcakes with licorice and jelly beans to resemble photo.
