Tuna Nicoise Salad

  1. COMBINE the mayonnaise with lemon rind, juice and Dijon mustard.
  2. Set aside.
  3. ARRANGE remaining ingredients on a serving platter and drizzle over the mayonnaise.
  4. Serve immediately.
