Sausage And Leek

• 5 stick sausage
• 2 stick leek
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash dried parsley
• 2 tbsp garlic butter
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 small bottle of essence of chicken or 2 cups of any broth

1. Put oil and garlic butter on to pan with sausage and sear for 3 minute
2. Add leeks and essence of chicken or any stock and let it simmer for another 3 minute
3. Add seasoning and off heat top garnish
