Viennese S'mores

  1. Spread 4 of the graham squares evenly with chocolate; set aside.
  2. Spread remaining 4 graham squares with preserves; sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Toast marshmallows to desired doneness.
  4. Place 1 marshmallow on each preserve-topped graham.
  5. Top with remaining grahams, coconut sides down.
  6. Serve immediately.
