Asian Baked Snapper Recipe

  1. Cut three slashes in the thickest part of the flesh on each side of the fish.
  2. Place fish in a large lightly oiled baking tray.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients
  4. (except coriander and parsley) in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour this mix over fish.
  6. Cover fish with foil.
  7. Bake in a warm oven for 25 to 30 min or possibly till flesh flakes.
  8. To serve spoon juices over fish and sprinkle with minced herbs.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.
