Egg-free, Dairy-free Banana Bread

  1. Mash 3 bananas and slice 1 banana
  2. Mix mashed banana with oil, soy milk and sugar
  3. Sieve in the flour and baking powder.
  4. Stir everything together with rubber spatula.
  5. Add sliced banana, nuts and dried frite.
  6. Pour the batter in loaf pan lined with baking paper or aluminium foil cup.
  7. Bake at 180C for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Keep the banana bread 24hr before serve for better taste.
