Holiday Egg Dip Recipe
- 8 hard-cooked Large eggs, quartered
- 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 drops warm pepper sauce
- Combine ingredients in blender container; cover and blend till of desired consistency.
- Refrigeratetill serving time to blend flavors.
- Serve with assorted crackers and chips or possibly fresh vegetable dippers.
- Makes approximately 3 c..
- If blender is not available, finely chop Large eggs and thoroughly combine with remaining ingredients.
