Rochester Relish

  1. Chop tomatoes, peppers, onions, and celery, coarsely.
  2. Add salt, and allow to stand overnight.
  3. Drain.
  4. Heat vinegar to boiling.
  5. Add sugar, mustard, and spices.
  6. Add chopped vegetables to boiling vinegar.
  7. Stir until well blended.
  8. Simmer briskly 1/2 hour.
