Better for You Burgers
- 1 14 lbs hamburger, 85% (or more)
- 12 cup oat bran
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon seasoning, your favorite
- Mix thoroughly using a fork so as not to toughen the meat.
- Form into 4-6 hamburgers.
- These will stay the same size or get a little thicker so make them thin.
- Spray pan with Pam.
- Cook over medium for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side.
