Better for You Burgers

  1. Mix thoroughly using a fork so as not to toughen the meat.
  2. Form into 4-6 hamburgers.
  3. These will stay the same size or get a little thicker so make them thin.
  4. Spray pan with Pam.
  5. Cook over medium for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side.
