Romaine Salad With Anchovy Vinaigrette

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the garlic and anchovies and chop.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients for the dressing and combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place lettuce in a bowl and add the tomatoes and crutons.
  5. Toss with the dressing ~ or ~ toss the lettuce with the dressing and place the lettuce on the plates.
  6. Dress with the tomatoes and crutons.
