Slow Cooker Apple Butter

  1. Peel core and slice apples.
  2. Keep apples in bowl of water, ice and 1/2 cut lemon.
  3. This will help keep apples from browning.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker set to low.
  5. Cook on low for 1013 hours until apples are a deep brown color.
  6. Allow to cook before blending until smooth.
  7. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
