Pasta & Crab Salad
- 4 cups elbow macaroni, al dente
- 4 cups peeled & diced potatoes, al dente
- 2 cups diced carrots, al dente
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 (12 ounce) jar sweet gherkins, sliced about 1/8-inch
- 1.5 (15 ounce) jarsmarzetti's coleslaw dressing
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in large storage container.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours prior to serving, stirring frequently.
- Serve in a pretty cut glass bowl.
