Green Turkey Chili

  1. Put onion on the bottom of 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  2. Place turkey thighs over onions.
  3. Add beans and corn.
  4. Mix salsa, chiles, garlic, cumin and salt in a medium bowl.
  5. Pour over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until the turkey is tender.
  7. Remove turkey to a cutting board and cut into bite sized pieces.
  8. Return the turkey to the crock pot and stir in cilantro.
  9. Serve with sour cream and/or shredded Monterey Jack.
