Nancy Drew's One of a Kind Hot Chocolate

• 4 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1 cup sugar
• 12 cup water
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 quarts hot milk

1. Put chocolate, sugar, water, coffee, cinnamon, and salt into a saucepan Stir them together over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Then lower the heat and cook gently for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
4. Whip the cream with a hand beater or mixer.
5. When the chocolate mixture has cooled, stir it into the whipped cream.
6. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup.
7. Fill the cups with hot milk.
8. Stir before serving.
9. Now enjoy this cup of goodness with your friends!
