'Caramallow' Brownies

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl or large jug, whisk together the evaporated milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, begin mixing with a large metal spoon, then add the mallows and caramel and just fold through a couple of times.
  4. Pour into a 9 by 9 inch buttered cake pan.
  5. Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
  6. It should be set (no longer liquidy, but not completely solid)
  7. Allow to cool completely in the pan, before cutting it with a sharp serrated knife.
