Overnight Apricot and Bran Rolls

  1. In a large bowl combine All Bran, sugar, milk, apricots and honey.
  2. Cover and stand overnight.
  3. The next day, preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius.
  4. Grease 2 nut roll tins well.
  5. Stir sifted flour into All Bran mixture, until combined.
  6. Do not over mix.
  7. Spoon mixture evenly into the 2 prepared tins.
  8. Bake for about 1 hour.
  9. Stand rolls in tins, with lids on, for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove lids and cool on wire rack.
