Beer Batter For Walleyes Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1 c. hot stale beer
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Wash fish fillets.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Cut fillets to desired size.
- Heat veg.
- oil 1 to 2 inches deep in frying pan.
- Dip fish pcs in batter and fry briefly in warm oil, turning as necessary.
- The secret is not to get the batter too thick or possibly too thin.
