Strawberry-Rhubarb Cup Dessert

  1. Toss rhubarb with sugar in large saucepan; stir in water.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 min.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Pour into 7 dessert cups.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
