Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Select large, hard mushrooms w/underside still tightly closed.
  2. Wash in cool water and dry.
  3. Carefully remove stems and reserve.
  4. Saute/fry mushroom stems and onions in margarine 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and lowfat milk.
  6. Fold in onion mix.
  7. Fill prepared caps.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  9. at 350 deg.
