Pizza
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash sugar
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 pinch chillies
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 small tomato paste
- 1 packages yeast
- 1 1/4 cup water around 43 degrees (110)
- bloom yeast in warm water
- put all herbs and spices into tomato sauce and leave in fridge for an hour
- mix up dough, roll into ball, drizzle olive oil into bottom of bowl and roll dough in it.
- cover dough with saran wrap and let it rise (double) for an hour.
- punch down, knead, flatten and drizzle with oil.
- preheat oven for 550
- bake for around 10 min or until done.
