Pizza

  1. bloom yeast in warm water
  2. put all herbs and spices into tomato sauce and leave in fridge for an hour
  3. mix up dough, roll into ball, drizzle olive oil into bottom of bowl and roll dough in it.
  4. cover dough with saran wrap and let it rise (double) for an hour.
  5. punch down, knead, flatten and drizzle with oil.
  6. preheat oven for 550
  7. bake for around 10 min or until done.
