Chicken 'N' Broccoli Recipe
- 4 lg. chicken breasts
- 2 Packages frzn broccoli (or possibly fresh)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3-4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (approx.)
- 1 lg. c. mushroom pcs (liquid removed)
- 1/2 stick melted butter (or possibly butter)
- Sm. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- Cook chicken till tender, debone and cut in bite size pcs.
- Mix chicken with mushroom soup and lowfat milk.
- Cook broccoli and place in bottom of 9x13 inch pan or possibly dish.
- Place chicken/soup mix over broccoli and top with Velveeta cheese slices.
- Spread mushroom pcs over cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 min or possibly till cheese bubbles.
