Fines Herbes Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves
- 1 tablespoon chervil
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves
- Fresh herbs: Chop finely and combine.
- Because these herbs quickly lose their flavor when heated, add to the cooked dish at the end of the cooking process.
- Dried herbs: Combine dried herbs in equal proportions.
- Place in a glass airtight container and store in a cool, dark place up to four months.
