Chicken Taco Pie Recipe

  1. In skillet cook onions in oil till tender.
  2. Add in seasoning, mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream.
  3. Heat and stir till smooth and hot; add in chicken.
  4. Oil a 2 to 3 qt flat casserole and cover the bottom with torn-up oiled tortillas.
  5. Spread 1/2 of chicken mix on tortillas, then cover with remaining filling.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
