Incredibly Simple Yogurt Smoothie
- 4 ounces fruit yogurt (made with whole milk)
- 4 ounces whole milk
- Combine the milk and yogurt in a sippy cup or regular cup for older kids and adults.
- Put the sippy cup lid on and shake, or stir with a spoon.
- If your child is a slow drinker, add ice to keep it cold.
- Enjoy!
