Liver 'N Onions Recipe
- 1 pound sliced liver (baby beef liver)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- Cooked rice
- In skillet, brown liver in butter.
- Add in soup mix and flour; slowly stir in water and chili sauce.
- Cover; cook over low heat 10-20 min or possibly till liver is tender.
- Stir now and then.
- Serve over rice.
- Yield 4 servings.
