Sauerkraut In Oven Recipe

• 1 (32 ounce.) jar sauerkraut
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 2 apples, diced
• 2 med. potatoes, grated
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 pkg. Smok-y Links, cut up

1. Drain sauerkraut in colander to remove some of the salt.
2. Place in casserole and add in above ingredients.
3. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
