My Dad's Pimento Cheese

• 1 (1 lb) premium white extra-sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 (1 lb) yellow sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 cups mayonnaise (or sub sour cream or plain yogart)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 (4 ounce) jars pimentos, undrained

1. Grate the cheeses and mix togther in a large bowl.with remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and chill.
