Low-Fat Apple Cake/Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Then add in the lemon juice, yogurt, and applesauce.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients together and stir in the egg/yogurt mixture.
  5. Cut the apples into small slices and mix them into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9x11 pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
