Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots
- 1 box Strawberry Jello
- 1 box Margarita Mix
- 8 oz Tequila (Reposado or Blanco)
- 6 oz Cointreau
- 1 dash Salt (To Taste)
- 1 Ice
- Cut bottoms off Strawberries to allow them to stand up.
- Use Huller or Apple Corer to empty out the strawberry.
- Use towel to pat the outside of the strawberry dry.
- Check Strawberries to make sure there are no holes in the bottom so they won't leak on the bottom.
- Boil 1 Cup of hot water into sauce pan.
- Add Jello powder and wisk until power is completely dissolved.
- (About 2 mins) Then set aside.
- Measure out 1/4 cup cold water and set aside.
- Combine Tequila and Cointreau in cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Add Liquor Mix to hot Jello mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour Final Jello Mix into Strawberries and chill overnight.
- Use finger or moisened brush to wet strawberries when ready to serve.
