Spinach breakfast bake
- 2 Bacon Rashers
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 Large mushrooms
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams Spinach
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- dash of ground black pepper
- 1 clove of sliced galic
- Lay baking dish with spinach
- Spread small cubes of butter around the dish
- Lay cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and raw eggs on top of the spinach base
- Finish with olive oil and and black pepper and galic finely chopped
- Preheat oven and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180
