Frozen Citrus Mini Cheesecakes

  1. Beat cream cheese product with juice concentrate with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add sugar and orange peel; mix well.
  3. Spoon evenly into eight paper-lined muffin cups.
  4. Freeze several hours or until firm.
  5. When ready to serve, peel off paper cups; invert desserts onto dessert plates.
  6. Store leftovers in freezer.
