Kettle Chip Chicken Nachos

  1. Preheat oven broiler to high (ours is at 500 degrees F).
  2. Place chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle on a thin layer of shredded cheese.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, black beans, corn, diced green chiles, jalapenos, and remaining cheese.
  5. Broil for about 90 seconds, or until cheese is melted and everything has warmed through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with additional toppings, if desired, such as avocado, cilantro, sour cream, salsa.
  7. Serve immediately!
