Kettle Chip Chicken Nachos
- 1/2 bags (8 1/2 Oz. Size) Sea Salt Kettle Brand Chips
- 1/2 bags (8 1/2 Oz. Size) Jalapeno Kettle Brand Chips
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, Or More As Needed
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 1 cup Black Beans From My Easy Black Bean Recipe
- 1 cup Canned Corn, Drained
- 1/4 cups Canned Diced Green Chiles, Drained
- 1/4 cups Canned Diced Jalapenos, Drained
- Preheat oven broiler to high (ours is at 500 degrees F).
- Place chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle on a thin layer of shredded cheese.
- Top with cooked chicken, black beans, corn, diced green chiles, jalapenos, and remaining cheese.
- Broil for about 90 seconds, or until cheese is melted and everything has warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and top with additional toppings, if desired, such as avocado, cilantro, sour cream, salsa.
- Serve immediately!
